Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Roasting is my favorite way to cook nearly every type of vegetable, and Garlic Roasted Brussels sprouts are always a big hit in my house. 

This recipe is so simple!

  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels Sprouts sliced in half
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

 Spread out the Brussels Sprouts on a baking sheet and toss with garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.  

Roast for 30-35 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are tender and brown.
